Request a Member Pack

For those who cherish the member pack, request a pack to be delivered to your house for FREE.

If you requested a pack in 2023, you will automatically get one in 2024, there is no need to request a pack again.

PLEASE NOTE: The member pack does not include your cap or scarf. You will receive an email shortly after you renew with detailed information about how to collect your member choice item. Requesting a member pack is just the items listed above.

PREFER A BARCODED CARD?

For those who are struggling with Mobile Membership or simply prefer scanning into games with a plastic card, you can now request a barcoded card as part of your 2024 member pack. Simply select a barcoded card in the options below and we will replace the souvenir card in your 2024 member pack with a barcoded card that you can use to scan into games.

If you need to request a barcoded card for multiple family members, we recommend calling our membership line on 1300 526 427 or emailing membership@nmfc.com.au.

INTERSTATE & INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS

If you have an Interstate Base, Interstate Gold or International Roo membership package for 2024, you do not need to request a pack. This will automatically be shipped to you shortly after you renew.

HOW TO REQUEST:

1. Select from either the souvenir card or barcoded card options below.
   
2. Fill out all details in the form, please ensure that all details are correct.
3. Please ensure that you have logged into your MyKangaroos account to check that you postal address is correct.
4. That's it - A 2024 member pack will be sent out to you.

If you're having trouble, please email membership@nmfc.com.au or call 1300 526 427 and our friendly team will arrange a pack for you.

Delivery can take up to 4 weeks and will commence in December 2023. Please note, you must have a valid 2024 membership to request a 2024 member pack (one pack per person).
