After signing up, when can I expect to receive my membership?
Memberships renewed between October and November will be mailed out in December. You will receive an email confirming the lodgement of your pack and your pack will arrive within 10 working days of that lodgement email. Memberships renewed after December are mailed out within 10-12 business days.
How will I know if my membership application has been received/processed?
You will receive an email confirmation within seven days of your application form being processed successfully.
How do I find out my membership number?
Your membership number is located on the back of your membership card. This can be used to log in to your My Kangaroos account.
Also located on your membership card is your barcode number. This is a 12 digit number which needs to be provided to ticketing outlets when upgrading to a daily reserved seat.
Does the North Melbourne Football Club offer a companion card service?
The AFL is an affiliate of the Companion Card program that exists in some states. It agrees to provide an admission ticket for the cardholder's companion at no charge. This includes reserved seats if a reserved seat is purchased by the person requiring a carer (Companion Card must be shown before purchase). The complimentary membership issued to a carer/companion should be held in the account/name of the person for whom care is being provided.
Who qualifies as a junior member?
Junior members must be 14 years or younger as of 1 January 2018 to be eligible to purchase a Junior ticketed membership. If they turn 15 before this date, they will need to purchase a Youth or Concession membership.
Who qualifies as a concession member?
In order to apply for a concession membership, you will be required to provide photocopy evidence of your concession status. Valid concession types include a stamped, receipted 2018 enrolment form from an appropriate educational institution or a 2018 student card, clearly identifying the member as a full-time student for the entire season. Aged, single parent or disability pension card, veteran affairs card and TPI are also accepted forms of concession.
All other concession types, including Health Care Cards, are not an accepted form of concession for membership. Students who choose to renew their membership at the adult rate will be required to lodge their student discount refund request by close of business on April 30, 2018. Refund requests received after this time will not be accepted.
What is the payment plan?
The North Melbourne Football Club makes being a member simple, easy and affordable by providing an automatic annual renewal without you having to lift a finger. Using a credit card you can pay either in monthly instalments or in one lump sum. Each year your membership will automatically roll over, saving you the hassle of filling in forms. Prior to your membership automatically renewing each year, you will be advised of any changes to give you the chance to opt out, change your package and/or personal details changes.
10 monthly payments are offered for each membership year. Your monthly payment is simply your membership cost divided by 10. Payments commence on October 23, 2017 and continue on the 21st* of each month with the final payment on July 23, 2018. You can join the monthly payment plan at any stage however a catch-up payment will be required.

Can I upgrade my membership during the season?

Are the membership prices discounted if I renew after the season starts?
There are no discounts on membership packages if purchased after the season starts. We encourage members to purchase membership packages prior to the start of the season to receive the full membership benefits.
What is a family membership?
An Access Family membership consists of two (2) adults and up to four (4) juniors at no additional cost. A Family Reserved Seat membership consists of two (2) adults and two (2) juniors. Reserved Seat Family memberships can hold up to four (4) juniors, however additional costs apply for the additional juniors.
