Mobile Membership FAQs

Simply need to scan your Mobile Membership to access the ground, then proceed to your assigned seat. If you need to check the row and Seat number for your reserved seat, simply click "Ticket Details" on your mobile membership card and it will appear under "seat location"

Simple scan in using your Mobile Membership and proceed to your designated seating bay where are you can sit in any available seat.

Simply scan your Mobile Membership and sit within any of the designated General Admission bays. These bays change from match to match but are communicated at the ground as well as via the MARVEL stadium website. If you wish to upgrade your ticket to secure your seat, you can do this on a match-by-match basis by entering your barcode into the Ticketmaster website. to view your barcode select "My Barcode" on this page.

Simply select the "linked accounts" tab on this page and follow these instructions to link yourself to another member who's membership card you wish to see on the one device. Once implemented you will be able to switch between the two accounts in the app and view both mobile membership cards.

Members can request delivery of a member pack which includes a souvenir card and bumper sticker HERE. All members will also receive a mobile membership pack direct to your email address. Your mobile membership pack will still include all the great member benefits you are used to receiving, but with the convenience of accessing everything on your mobile.

All family members can request a member pack and we will deliver to your door. On top of that, all members of the family will each will receive their own mobile membership pack via email. Please note, Future Roos members will receive their member items in the mail as normal.

When accessing mobile membership cards, families will be able to access all cards via the same device. To ensure your account is set up, please view instructions on "Linked Account" accounts on this page.

All members will still receive their 2022 member-choice item. All members will receive either a $30 (Non Access and General Admission Memberships) or $50 (Reserved Seat/Bay memberships) Roo Shop voucher direct to their email address to redeem at the Roo shop. You can use this credit to redeem a member scarf or cap (limited quantities available for the cap) which includes Free Shipping or use the credit towards the Roo Shop range. If you wish to collect your member item, or use the Roo Shop credit in person or at game day, simply bring your email with the voucher code and visit a Roo Shop outlet.

Simply bring your email with the voucher code, or write down the code from your email! as long as you provide this code to the Roo Shop your credit will be purchased for the item/s of your choice!

Yes! simply request a member pack HERE and we will post a pack to you which includes a souvenir member card showing you are a 2022 member, and a 2022 member bumper sticker.

Members will be able to access their membership card through their MyKangaroos membership account. Members must have a valid email address linked to their account to be able to access their mobile card. If you do not have an email address, please contact Membership Services on 1300 526 427 and one of our membership team members will discuss with you your options.
