You can unsubscribe from the Easy Pay process by contacting Membership Services on 1300 526 427 at any time.
If you missed the deadline to unsubscribe and wish to request a refund, please contact Membership Services prior to 5pm on Friday, November 5 to be eligible for a full refund. After this date, our standard refund policy applies. Please see membership terms and conditions for further details.
Our Easy Pay roll-over occurs on October 21 each year.
To update your payment details, view the instructions on our update details page. You can update your details at anytime throughout the year and the changes will automatically be applied to your subscription.
To change your membership package, please contact Membership Services on 1300 526 427. We are able to make changes to your package at anytime throughout the year and will be able to modify your remaining payments if applicable.
