Frequently Asked Questions

I'm a general admission member. What do I do on game day?
Simply scan your Mobile Membership and sit within any of the designated general admission bays at games played in Melbourne. These bays change from match to match, but are communicated at the stadium on gameday as well as via the Marvel Stadium website. If you wish to upgrade your ticket to secure your seat, you can do this on a match-by-match basis by entering your barcode into the Ticketmaster website.

Why does North Melbourne have replacement games?
As North Melbourne plays two games in Western Australia in 2027, there are only nine home games played at Marvel Stadium. Members therefore receive compensation to access two away games in Melbourne as replacement games.
