Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade later in the season?
Absolutely. If you want access to watch the Roos live, you can upgrade to 3-game access for as little as $14. You can request a call from our membership team here to upgrade.

How do I collect my Member's scarf or cap?
You can redeem the member item through the Roo Shop website using your member's choice voucher. This item can be found under the ‘Member Exclusives’ product category at the top of the Roo Shop homepage. There will be no charge for your member item as long as you use your voucher.

Member items are also available for collection at both the club and at home games at Marvel Stadium. To collect the member item, you must present your unique voucher.
