How do I collect my Member's cap or scarf?

You can redeem the member item through the Roo Shop website using your member's choice voucher. This item can be found under the ‘Member Exclusives’ product category at the top of the Roo Shop homepage. There will be no charge for your member item as long as you use your voucher.

Member items are also available for collection at both the club and at home games. To collect the member item, you must present your unique voucher, which is emailed to you shortly after signing up.
