Member Choice Item FAQs

Members receive a Member Choice Voucher valued at $30.
Members will also be able to request a member pack delivered to their house which will include a member card and a bumper sticker. To request a pack, click HERE.

Members will be sent their member voucher code within two weeks of joining or renewing via an email with the subject line "Your Member Choice Voucher".

All eligible 2027 members will receive their $30 Member Choice Voucher direct to their email address to redeem at the Roo shop.
This voucher can be used to purchase a member scarf or cap or any products available at the Roo Shop either in-store or online.
If you wish to collect your member cap or scarf on a game day simply provide your Member Choice Voucher code at the Roo Shop outlet at Home games.

You can redeem your member cap or scarf through the Roo Shop website using your Member Choice Voucher. This item can be found under the ‘Member Exclusives’ product category at the top of the Roo Shop homepage.

Member items are also available for collection at both the club, and at home games at Marvel Stadium. To collect the member item, you must present your Member Choice Voucher code.

You will need to do this once at the checkout page of the Roo Shop.

• You will need to enter your Member Choice Voucher code Under Promo Code / Gift Vouchers which is in the 'Order Summary' panel on the checkout page.
• Once you have entered your code into the box, select ‘apply’. Please ensure you are entering your code correctly.
• Once ‘apply’ is selected, the discount will be applied to the items within your order.
• Your voucher value will come off the total order amount, after applying your 10% membership discount.

Member Choice Voucher's cannot be used in conjunction with other valid Member Choice Voucher's in a single transaction. No exceptions.

Yes. Any unused balance or credit remaining on the Member Choice Voucher can be redeemed with future orders.

No. If you have multiple Member Choice Voucher's, you are not required to create multiple accounts to use them. Vouchers can be used on the same Roo Shop account. They just cannot be used in the same orders.

All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order. This will be a separate account to your membership account, however you will have to use the same email for the website to recognise you as an NMFC member. Please follow the below steps to create your new Roo Shop account:

1. Click on Register in the top menu.
2. Provide the same email address registered with your membership account if you are a member. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427).
3. Create your Roo Shop password. This can be the same or different from your membership password.
4. Reconfirm your new password for the Roo Shop.
5. Fill out your personal details.
6. Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy.
7. Prove you are not a robot.
8. Click “Create Account”.

Yes. If you have followed the steps above and have logged in correctly, a 10% discount will also be applied to the items in your order.

If you have just created an account, it may take some time for your membership discount to apply. Log out and refresh the page. If the discount does not apply, please check that your email is correct. To re-enter your details, follow the below steps:

• Sign into your Roo Shop account.
• Click Account in the top right corner.
• Click Account Settings.
• Re-enter your email address linked to your North Melbourne Football Club membership account.
• Click Update Details.

To be eligible for your member discount, your membership payments must be up to date. If you are behind in your payments or have not renewed your membership, please login to your membership account at https://membership.nmfc.com.au or call the Membership Department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427). Alternatively, you can email membership@nmfc.com.au to resolve the issue.

If you have forgotten your password, please click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link below the login or click here. Once you receive the email, there will be a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. To receive a 10% discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this, please contact the membership department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427) or email membership@nmfc.com.au.

Simply bring your Member Choice Voucher/s, or write down the code from your email! As long as you provide this code to the Roo Shop, your Member Choice Voucher will be applied for the item/s of your choice!

Due to new U.S. Government tariff and customs requirements, sending parcels to the USA has become complex. Because of these changes, we won't be offering delivery of member packs to members with U.S. addresses. We’ll keep monitoring the situation and update members if things change.
