EasyPay makes membership easier for you, our members! Just like your Netflix account, your membership is ongoing until you choose to unsubscribe which can be done easily at any time. You can choose to pay upfront, or over either 5 or 10 monthly instalments making membership more affordable, plus just for being up to date with your payments, you’ll go in the draw every month to win a series of prizes. So, if your card is due to expire, make sure you update us as soon as you receive the new card!

Each month, just for being compliant (or joining EasyPay) you will go in the draw to win a prize. If you pay upfront, you will automatically be in each of the draws, if you pay monthly, as long as you pay on time and don't let your card expire or decline, you will automatically go in the draw to win. You can unsubscribe from the EasyPay process by contacting Membership Services on 1300 526 427 at any time.

If you missed the deadline to unsubscribe before the auto rollover in October and wish to request a refund, please contact Membership Services on 1300 526 427.

Our EasyPay rollover occurs on October 15, 2024.

To update your payment details, view the instructions on our update details page. You can update your details at anytime throughout the year and the changes will automatically be applied to your subscription.

To change your membership package, please contact Membership Services on 1300 526 427. We are able to make changes to your package at anytime throughout the year and will be able to modify your remaining payments if applicable.
