Update Payment Details

Keeping your payment details up to date ensures your Kangaroos membership stays active, your EasyPay instalments run smoothly, and you continue to enjoy uninterrupted access and member benefits.

Updating your card only takes a couple of minutes.

How to Update Your Payment Method

Follow these steps through your Kangaroos account:

1. Log in
   Sign in to your Kangaroos account here.
   If you're taken directly to the payment page, skip to step 4 & 5.

2. Select your name/initial up top and select "My Profile"
   Head to the Invoices / Payments section of your account dashboard.

3. Select “Payment Methods”
   Choose Edit Payment Method, then click Edit/Add.

4. Update an Existing Card

   • Select the card you want to update

   • Edit the expiry date or any other required fields

   • Click Save

5. Add a New Card

   • Choose Add New Credit or Debit Card

   • Enter all mandatory fields (card number, expiry, name, etc.)

   • Click Save

Once saved, your new card becomes the active payment method for all future instalments.

What Happens Next

• Your updated card will be used for all upcoming EasyPay instalments.

• You don’t need to contact the club — your changes apply automatically.

• If your membership is on auto-renewal, the new payment method will roll into the next membership year as well.
